Thom Hess entered the environmental field in 1984, beginning as an Industrial Hygienist fielding projects in the Untied States and abroad. Mr. Hess helped develop sections of the asbestos management program for Department of Defense Dependent’s Schools. In 1990 he founded ACM Services, Inc. as President and Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the general supervision and control of all business activities. Oversees all operational duties and is involved in many phases of each project. His environmental career has encompassed over 20 years of asbestos, construction, polarized light microscopy and project engineering for private, local, state and federal agencies.

Thom has held 5 Environmental licenses and certifications including Management Planner & PLM Microscopy.
