Vice President of Operations
16 Years with ACM Services, Inc.
Beginning in the USAF, Mr. McGuire has been in the environmental/construction industry since 1977. As Vice President of Operations for ACM Services, he is responsible for overseeing all operational tasks and is involved in every facet of projects, from bidding to close out. His career has encompassed 30 years of environmental/construction supervision for private, local, state and federal agencies. He is experienced in multiple task order and large scale projects. Mr. McGuire holds a degree from the University of Maryland, and is currently studying towards his Masters. Discharged with honors USAF in 1982.

| Brief Description: Pentagon Emergency Repair and Restoration Program (09/11/01 - Attack). As contractor of choice, provided expedited emergency response for asbestos, lead-based paint, general contracting, and mold abatement with demolition and debris removal. Provided around the clock supervision, manpower, equipment, and supplies to address all environmental issues while removing over 41,682 tons of contaminated waste, accounting for 5075 loads transported to a secure facility. Established controlled areas encompassing over 800 thousand square feet of floor space to limit the spread of mold and airborne asbestos. Performed detailed and rapid intervention to abate these areas. |
