Established controlled areas encompassing over one million square feet to limit the spread of mold and airborne asbestos, then performed detailed and rapid intervention to abate these areas.

Description of work: ACM was contracted to remove a pedestrian bridge connecting a parking garage to an existing school. The proximity of the bridge to the buildings required the bridge to be removed intact without the use of excavators.

Description of work: ACM performed technical demolition on the interior of the DC Embassy of Estonia. We removed the interior of the building floor by floor leaving only the external masonry.
Jackson Graham WMATA Building
Description of work: After a fire on the 8th floor of the building ACM was contracted to gut the 8th and 7th floors and remove all ceiling from the remaining floors within the building. ACM completed this work far ahead of schedule to help get the office personnel back to work.
